Lawn Solutions is a lawn treatment company serving Metro Atlanta. This page explains what we collect when you contact us or book a treatment, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, call Printiss at (404) 809-7312 and ask.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address when you request a quote or book a visit.
- Your service address, because we cannot treat a lawn without knowing where it is.
- Notes you choose to give us, such as a gate code or a dog in the yard.
- A record of the treatments we have performed at your property.
How we use it
- To schedule, perform and follow up on your lawn treatments.
- To text you the day before a visit and again once it is done.
- To send you an invoice or a payment link after a treatment.
- To remind you when your next treatment in the yearly program is due.
Text messages
We use text messaging because it is how most of our customers prefer to hear from us. Messages relate to your own appointments and payments. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. Message and data rates may apply through your carrier.
Payments
Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record that a payment was made so your account is accurate at tax time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share only what is necessary with the service providers who run our scheduling, messaging and payments, and only so they can perform those functions for us. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records for as long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax and business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (404) 809-7312 and we will take care of it.
Children
This is a service for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
