These terms apply when you book a lawn treatment with Lawn Solutions. They are written plainly on purpose. If you have a question about any of it, call Printiss at (404) 809-7312.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting prices, not quotes. What a yard actually costs depends on its size and condition, so we confirm the price with you before we treat anything. The free lawn assessment carries no cost and no obligation.

Scheduling and access

Most treatments take about thirty minutes and you do not need to be home. We do need to get into the yard, so please leave gates unlocked and let us know about a gate code, a locked side entrance or a dog. If we arrive and cannot access the lawn, we may have to reschedule.

Weather

Treatments depend on conditions. Rain, storms and extreme heat can move a visit, and applying at the wrong time wastes both your money and our product. If we move your visit we will tell you.

The yearly program

The 8-treatment program is a series of visits scheduled across the growing season. Each visit is billed as it is performed. You are not locked into a contract and you can stop at any time by telling us. Skipping treatments affects results, particularly pre-emergent visits, which only work if applied before weeds germinate.

Payment

Payment is due after each treatment. We will send you a payment link by text once the visit is done. We also accept other arrangements if you have one already in place with us.

Cancellations

Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move a visit, so the route can be adjusted. A simple text is enough.

Results

Lawn care is biology, not a switch. We use commercial-grade products and apply them at the right time, and most lawns show clear improvement over a season. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, because soil, grass type, irrigation, mowing and weather all affect the result and most of those are not in our hands. If something does not look right between visits, call us and we will come look at it.

Safety

Keep children and pets off treated areas until the application has dried, usually one to two hours. We will let you know if a particular treatment needs longer.

Service area

We serve Atlanta, South Fulton, Fayetteville, Fairburn, South Cobb and DeKalb County. If you are just outside that, ask us anyway.
